All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Lost or Damaged Packages
ACRR Goods is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for items in your order are transferred to you. However, if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist you.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped. However, once the order is shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

30-Day Return/Refund Period
We offer a 30-day return/refund period from the date of delivery for eligible products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
Items that were damaged by the customer while opening the packaging;
Items that were damaged by the courier in transit; there will be a separate process to deal with courier-damaged items.
